Darryl praises Assistant Service Manager Lucy Bevacqua

Darryl wrote to say:  Just wanted to commend your service advisor Lucy Bevacqua and the service department on the good work that they do. I have purchased two new Chrysler products in the last seven years and have been to three dealerships for service. Serpa Chrysler is by far the best. Lucy is so upbeat, professional, courteous and friendly. She does not try to push unwanted or un – necessary service on the customer. I live in Markham and I make the drive to 401 and Kennedy for the good work that you do. I told her that I will purchase my next Chrysler from your dealership because of my experiences with her and the service department. Thank you for a great experience, Darryl
