I took my 2017 Dodge Caravan to Serpa Chrysler regarding a rash rust on the hood knowing that the warranty was over, I talked to Mr. Peter he was very professional and friendly without any hesitation he took some pictures of the vehicle and he forwarded to Chrysler HQ. After two days he called me informing me that Chrysler has approved the work and then we arranged to drop the van and they took care of it within 3 working days.
