I had some issues with my vechile and dealt with the service manager, Adrian. I have so much appreciation for the ongoing excellent customer service that I have received from him. He is professional, approachable and accommodating and has always been helpful to me.
One example of his wonderful customer service, was after hearing my time restrains due to work, he offered to pick up my car at my place of employment so I wouldn’t have to miss work. He took it in for service for me and dropped it back off to me before the end of the day.
I highly, highly recommend if you are having any service problems, concerns or questions to contact Adrian. He will get the problem resolved.
