What a great experience dealing with Serpa! Was lucky enough to deal with Kenny and Mitch, both pros and willing to focus on our needs, not their own! Even when we had to take a break during our search, Kenny kept in touch (without being over-bearing) and we were able to get all of our dealings completed by email, which was a requirement for us! No hard selling, no pressure – just a great experience buying a vehicle. We’ll need a second vehicle soon, and I’ll head to Serpa first to see what they have!
