REALLY hit the jackpot with Serpa Chrysler when it comes to customer care, and my husband Eric and I can’t thank Fedele enough for the fantastic experience! From the first evening we stepped foot onto the property to take a look at the shiny, new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Elite (Hydro Blue!) on display at the front entrance, we were greeted with Fedele’s welcoming and easy-going demeanor. He set us up for a test-drive with ease, answered all our questions with patience and passion, made us feel ‘right at home’ from start to finish (even in the days to follow) in a non-rushed and comfortable atmosphere, and we ended up signing the papers that night for that very Jeep! We knew we loved the look of that model, and are so glad we found Serpa’s location to try it out at … It’s easy to go just anywhere to buy a new car, but it was the genuinely friendly and professional experience with Fedele (and Mitch!) that took the whole experience to the next level for us, and we would highly recommend this dealership in future to any of our friends or family.
