Shawn the sales manager was very knowledgeable, respectful and pleasant. Shawn really went out of his way to make me happy. When I agreed to buying the vehicle, I also dealt with Mitch who helped me understand my purchasing options so I made the correct decision on how to pay for my vehicle. When I was called to pick up the vehicle, I was once again surprised on how much time Serpa staff spent making sure every question I had was answered. Shawn showed the vehicle and how to operate all the different functions. Mitch went over all the legal documents and made it fun instead of tedious with his great sense of humour. The car itself was super clean and looked really sharp.
Overall I felt like I was dealing with a family environment. When you walk into this dealership, you really could tell its a great place. Everyone is smiling, happy and looks like they really enjoy being at work. If you are looking into purchasing a Dodge / Jeep / Chrysler product, I STRONGLY recommend you go there first.
