After waiting nearly 9 months for my new, custom build, work van it finally arrived! Delays were not caused by the dealership (combination of Covid and factory delays). Kenny Rodrigues was my sales rep and he kept me up to date with every development so I wasn’t wondering what was going on. Kenny & Fedele also made Chrysler head office upgrade the model year and sweeten the deal, ie: shave nice amount off the purchase price, to make up for the delays. Definitely worth the wait and great people to do business with! No upselling or other sales tricks. Go in and tell them what you want and they will do their best to get you a good deal. Will definitely deal with them in the future.
