If I had to use one word to describe my experience at Serpa Chrysler it would have to be Incredible! I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Kenny Rodrigues. His patience and transparency truly made our car buying experience memorable. My wife specifically noted that compared to other dealers she didn’t feel pressured at all and was treated fairly and with the utmost respect. Other dealers could learn A LOT from these guys.
