Recently found one Mazda 3 @ Serpa and requested the Carfax. Sale manager Kenny responded very quickly, though the email went to my junk email folder and only found out after I met him in person.
After two test drives found out some brake/tire issue. He promised to fix anything related to safety. I was still doubtful even after signing the contract. When I picked up the car at the scheduled, surprised to see they actually replaced all brake pads and two tires (all OEM). And the forementioned issue was gone. Plus they detailed the car almost like new. The finance manager Mitch made whole transaction simple and quick. Two days later I found out the wheel slightly pull to the left and Kenny arranged for the checkup right away. All in all a very pleasant experience and absolutely recommend anyone in vehicle market give them a try.
