We just purchased a brand new 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Serpa Chrysler. This is our fifth purchase from Serpa. Stefano, Kenny and Mitch were all great throughout the whole process. They were open, transparent, patient and honest..which made the buying and selection process so great and effortless. They even expedited the delivery and kept the shop open late in order to work around our schedule for pickup. This level of customer service is very hard to come by these days. Serpa actually executes on their words. This was my son’s first car and they made the buying process memorable.
